SR1120 LE-UWBTM Transceiver IC
The SR1120 is SPARK's latest and highest-performance LE-UWB™ transceiver. It delivers ultra-low latency, and ultra-low power in a 4×4 mm QFN32 package for enabling wireless implementations across applications that have traditionally required wires.

Overview
Engineered for the wire-free edge
Ultra-low power
The SR1120's aggressively duty-cycled architecture achieves orders-of-magnitude better energy efficiency than conventional IoT wireless solutions.
Active receive: 0.34 mA/Mbit/s. Active transmit: 0.10 mA/Mbit/s. Deep sleep: 920 nA. Shutdown: 55 nA.
Enables energy-harvesting configurations and reduced battery size across wearables, peripherals, and sensors.

Ultra-low latency
25 µs airtime for 1 kbit.
Deterministic every time, the same on every transmission, with no jitter from congestion or retries.
Enables wireless implementations for systems that were traditionally only achievable with wires.

Robust coexistence
Frequency hopping and listen-before-talk protocols enable seamless operation alongside BLE, Wi-Fi (2.4, 5, and 6 GHz), USB 3.0, and cellular.
Dynamic spectrum shaping ensures compliance with international UWB emission limits.
