WHAT THE TEAM DOES

Our Corporate team brings together Human Resources, Finance, IT and Quality: the functions that keep SPARK running and growing.

While our engineers are designing the future of wireless, we build the systems, processes and foundations that allow them to do their best work. Whether it's hiring exceptional talent, providing the right tools and technology, ensuring financial health, maintaining the highest quality standards, or helping the company scale, we make sure the business is as innovative behind the scenes as it is in the lab.

In a fast-growing company, our work changes every day. One moment we're solving an employee challenge, the next we're improving a process, implementing new technology, supporting a product milestone, or helping leaders make better decisions through data.

We don't just support the business; we help build it.

WHO THRIVES HERE

You'll thrive here if you're someone who enjoys solving different kinds of problems every day and getting involved in building the solution.

The best people on our team are naturally curious, proactive and collaborative. They enjoy bringing structure to complexity, aren't afraid to challenge existing ways of working, and love partnering with people across every part of the business: from engineering to operations to leadership.

You don't need to know every answer, but you do need to enjoy learning, taking ownership, building, and finding practical solutions that make a real impact.

Sales & Marketing

Commercial
1 open roles

WHAT THE TEAM DOES

The Sales and Marketing department connects SPARK's technology to the markets that need it most. Across three teams (Sales and Applications, Product Management, and Global Marketing) we cover the full commercial journey: from understanding what customers need and translating that into product direction, to bringing solutions to market and supporting customers through evaluation, qualification, and into production.

Our Field Application Engineers work directly with customers on technical pre-sales, firmware and hardware support, and everything through to certification and mass production testing. Product Management owns portfolio strategy, roadmap investment, and commercialisation across LE-UWB, IoT, healthcare, industrial, and embedded platform markets. Global Marketing shapes how SPARK is positioned, how the story is told, and how sales teams are equipped to have the right conversations.

The three teams operate as one. They share a customer-first mindset and stay in constant exchange with engineering, operations, and executive leadership.

WHO THRIVES HERE

People who are comfortable at the boundary between technical depth and commercial impact thrive here. Whether you are an engineer who wants to see your technical work translate directly into customer outcomes, a strategist who thinks in market opportunities and platform roadmaps, or a communicator who can make complex technology feel accessible without oversimplifying it, this team rewards curiosity, clarity, and a genuine customer-first instinct.
