The Sales and Marketing department connects SPARK's technology to the markets that need it most. Across three teams (Sales and Applications, Product Management, and Global Marketing) we cover the full commercial journey: from understanding what customers need and translating that into product direction, to bringing solutions to market and supporting customers through evaluation, qualification, and into production.

Our Field Application Engineers work directly with customers on technical pre-sales, firmware and hardware support, and everything through to certification and mass production testing. Product Management owns portfolio strategy, roadmap investment, and commercialisation across LE-UWB, IoT, healthcare, industrial, and embedded platform markets. Global Marketing shapes how SPARK is positioned, how the story is told, and how sales teams are equipped to have the right conversations.

The three teams operate as one. They share a customer-first mindset and stay in constant exchange with engineering, operations, and executive leadership.

The ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) team designs ultra-low-power, low-latency UWB radios. All aspects of development are carried out in-house, including system architecture, analog and digital circuit design, chip layout, and laboratory validation.

The Hardware team designs and builds the printed circuit boards that enable our products and platforms. This includes internal test boards, demo boards, reference designs, bring-up platforms, and lab setups. In parallel, the team also works on antenna design and system-level integration to ensure strong real-world wireless performance. The Systems team is part of Hardware and helps define what we build while ensuring all components come together into a complete, working solution.

We are responsible for demonstrating that our products function as intended under real-world conditions. We design tests, develop validation platforms, and analyse the performance of our radio solutions to ensure they meet our customers' requirements. We are often the first to push products to their limits before they reach end users.

We push the limits of Ultra-Wideband technology, building everything from the UWB wireless protocol stack to real-world applications in gaming peripherals, IoT, and premium audio systems.

Our team ensures that the products developed at SPARK can be reliably manufactured to the expected quality standards and at the right cost. We work on industrialisation, manufacturing processes, quality, automated testing equipment, and collaboration with our manufacturing partners. We are at the intersection of engineering and production.
